Product obtained by pressing rapeseeds.
Filtered Rapeseed Oil. Oil with a low erucic acid content, used as a condiment, for cooking and as an ingredient in margarine and shortening. High smoke point, thanks to the high oleic acidcontent. The acidity profile can have a positive impact on the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
Acidity (expressed in oleic acid) 0.1-1.5%
Peroxide number: less than 10 meq O2/Kg
Palmitic acid: 1.5-6%
Oleic acid: 51-70%
Linoleic acid: 15-30%
Linolenic acid: 5-14%
Specific weight: 91.4-92 kg/hl
At room temperature, away from sources of light and heat.
In bulk in tanks or cubitainers.
