E. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The legal basis of the processing of your data is your consent. Data is processed for the following purposes:

H.  RETENTION PERIOD: The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which it is processed (“purpose limitation” principle, art. 5, GDPR) or in accordance with the deadlines set out by law. Regular checks are performed on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: At any time, you have the right to ask the Controller to access your personal data, rectify it, cancel it, limit or object to its processing, request its portability, or revoke your consent to its processing. These and the other rights provided by the GDPR can be exercised by notifying the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

J. MANDATORY NATURE OF CONSENT: The provision of your data is mandatory when navigating our website with regards to points E.1 and E.2 of the above-mentioned purposes for the service to be provided. The provision of your data with regards to points E.3 and E.4 is optional, and it shall not affect the provision of the service in any way.

K. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with the regulations mentioned above and with the Controller’s obligations to confidentiality.
