When raw materials like corn, soybeans, proteic peas, wheat (just to name a few) arrive directly from our organic farmers, they could be dried with the above mentioned system. In this way, moisture in the seeds is reduced and this avoids several problems connected with the conservation/preservation of the raw materials (mycotoxins, moulds, bad smells, insects, etc.)
Toasted soybeans are obtained from crude soybeans which are cooked with the H.T.S.T. system and infra-red rays in Dantoaster. In this way, seeds are cooked homogeneously and remain integral. Moreover, the H.T.S.T. toasting system reduces ureasic activity and other anti-nutritional values under 0,02%, granting the entire nutritional values of the raw materials.
The Dantoaster provokes the gelatinization of starch in cereals at a rate higher than 90%, helping the digestion of raw materials for mono-gastric animals.
On the contrary, ruminants need thermal treatment of proteins in order to absorb them and this is also possible thought the Dantoster.
