The new plant is adopting a highly innovative cleaning (100/h MT), toasting (9000 Kg/h) and drying (12/h MT) systems. These new systems belong to the company Cimbria (www.cimbria.com), world leader in the above mentioned processing.

Working temperatures reach 1200 C°, while out coming raw materials have a temperature of 180 C° with a relatively reduced air in the plant. Combining H.T.S.T. process (High Temperature Short Time) and the infra-red rays means drying humid seeds from the inner core, without damaging the hull and without modifying the qualitative characteristics of the cereals.
