In the new modern plant, processing procedures are made with high tech machinery like infra-red toasters, recovering heat driers and special softwares which control and record each procedure All the steps of production are carefully checked, from the selection of farmers, to the harvest or purchasing, delivery, processing, preservation and shipment of raw materials.
